• Pay by cash with a walk-in pay service account (WIPS) that you can use to pay your rent at any Seven-Eleven or other national participating retailers. Locate national retailers here. To set up your WIPS payment account, please contact the Property Manager. The fee per transaction is $3.99.
• Pay online with RentCafe. RentCafe is an online portal where you can schedule rent payments. If you use a smartphone, you can also download the RentCafe mobile app. To create your online account with RentCafe, click here. You have two options to pay through RentCafe:
  • You can schedule a withdraw from your savings or checking account called an ACH payment. The fee per transaction is $0.95. Please note that this takes 3 to 5 business days to be deducted from your account.
  • You can make a payment with your debit card. The fee per transaction is:
    • $0 - $1,000: $3.95
    • $1,000 - $2,000: $4.95
    • $2,000 and above: $9.95
• Pay by check or money order by simply paying at the property office.
