The waitlist for Fifty Eight Hundred was open April 17 to 19. It is now closed.
What happens after I apply to the wait list?
The property management team will contact prospective residents on a first-come, first-serve basis to determine if they meet the income limits and other requirements to live at Fifty Eight Hundred. Applicants who are not selected will stay on the waiting list and get processed when a unit becomes available in the future. Who qualifies to live at Fifty Eight Hundred?
Fifty Eight Hundred will provide mixed-income housing for households that earn 30 to 60 percent of the area median income (AMI). Housing Choice Vouchers will be accepted at Fifty Eight Hundred. Residents must pass criminal, rental and credit background checks.
How much will rents be at this property?
The rents range from $389 for the least expensive studio apartment to $1,205 for the most expensive 3-bedroom apartment. The building will include seven studios, 46 one-bedroom, 78 two-bedroom and 21 three-bedroom apartments.
When can residents move in?
Residents will be able to move in shortly after construction and inspections have completed on the two buildings. The first building is expected to be complete in September. Completion of the second building will follow in December. Exact move-in dates will be available later in the year.
What type of housing is Fifty Eight Hundred?
This is a multi-family property but seniors and individuals are also welcome to apply.
What are Fifty Eight Hundred’s amenities?
Amenities include: Community room, community garden, play areas, roof top deck, fitness room, outdoor art installation, onsite parking, onsite laundry facilities, energy efficient appliances, modern layout and fixtures in units, walkable shopping, onsite property management and resident services team.
Are there wheelchair accessible units?
Yes, eight units will be wheelchair accessible.
Will there be washers and dryers in each unit?
No—but there will be laundry rooms in both buildings.

Service animals and companion animals are accepted. Pets are not allowed.
